We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires recent experience operating both a Sit-Down Forklift and Cherry Picker/Order Picker while performing physically demanding warehouse duties throughout the entire shift.

Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive and process incoming shipments, including parcel, LTL, and intercompany deliveries
• Pull, pick, and stage customer orders accurately for shipment
• Stock and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Prepare and stage outbound shipments in a timely manner
• Maintain inventory organization and storage accuracy
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse operations
• Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment

Equipment Operation

• Operate a Sit-Down Forklift safely and efficiently
• Operate a Cherry Picker / Order Picker at heights of up to 30 40 feet
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating standards
• Assist with material movement and inventory storage throughout the warehouse

Quality & Safety

• Verify inventory accuracy and shipment quantities
• Ensure staging, stocking, and order fulfillment activities are completed accurately and on time
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment
• Adhere to all company safety and operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent Sit-Down Forklift experience
• Minimum 6 months of recent Cherry Picker / Order Picker experience
• Comfortable working at heights of 30 40 feet
• Not afraid of heights
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, pull, and perform physical work throughout the entire shift
• Ability to read and understand work orders and warehouse documentation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

Work History Requirements

• Candidates should demonstrate approximately one year of tenure in each of their last three positions
• Minimal employment gaps preferred
• Any significant employment gaps should be clearly explained on the resume
