Job Title: Cold Storage Warehouse Associate

Location: Belcamp, MD
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18 to start

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associates to support daily operations in a cold storage warehouse environment. This role is critical to maintaining product flow, inventory accuracy, and overall warehouse productivity.

Success in this position requires individuals who are comfortable working in cold conditions, can perform physical, hands-on tasks, and demonstrate consistent attendance and dependability.

Work Environment

• Cold storage facility (approximately 30°F)
• Freezer areas below 0°F may be required at times
• Proper gear and safety protocols will be in place
• Fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments manually
• Pack, sort, and organize products for distribution
• Assist with receiving and staging incoming inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations

Requirements

• Ability to work in cold and freezer environments for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50+ lbs consistently
• Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance is critical)
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required
