We are hiring a Temp-to-Hire Warehouse Associate to support our RMA team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow established processes to fulfill orders; this includes accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment
- Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks; unloading, sorting, labeling, cycle counts, replenishing, and restocking
- Perform quality control and auditing checks with strong attention to detail
- Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed
- Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other related duties as required
Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 30 lbs.
- Forklift experience (Forklift Certification a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective time management skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
Based on experience, we offer a very competitive base salary plus bonus
