Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking
Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. This position involves heavy lifting, truck loading and unloading, palletizing, and general warehouse support in both indoor and outdoor work environments.
This is a hands-on role for candidates who take pride in reliability, teamwork, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Palletize and organize materials for storage and shipment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely
- Maintain inventory organization and warehouse efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse support and material handling tasks
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times
- Work both indoors and outdoors as business needs require
Required Qualifications
- Forklift operating experience required (certification will be provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment, including non-climate-controlled areas
- Strong commitment to safety and workplace procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management
- Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn warehouse products and processes
- Experience operating material handling equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
