Description
Banter Floors & More is hiring a reliable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including material handling, inventory organization, and jobsite deliveries. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment.
This is a physical job. You will be on your feet all day and lifting materials regularly.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming flooring materials
- Stage and prepare materials for next-day installation jobs
- Load trucks and verify orders before delivery
- Deliver flooring materials to residential and commercial jobsites daily
- Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
- Operate forklift and warehouse equipment
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general facility upkeep and grounds maintenance
Qualifications
- Forklift experience preferred
- Warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to repeatedly lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Clean background (no felony convictions)
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and ability to stay organized
