Warehouse Associate

Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Warehouse Associate role in Burlington, WA. Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
· Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner.
· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
· Maintain accurate inventory records through scanning systems and data entry.
· Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
· Ensure warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
· Load and unload trucks while following proper material handling procedures.
· Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
· Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous warehouse experience required.
· Forklift experience required.
· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
· Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand, walk, or bend for extended periods.
· Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse management systems preferred.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and time management skills.
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime as needed.
