Schedule: Monday - Friday (7am - 4pm)
Pay Rate: $25+ DOE

Position Type: Full Time

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supports daily warehouse and facility operations, including receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintains accurate inventory control and ensures materials are stored in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Operates independently while effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Follows all safety procedures and contributes to a safe, clean, and compliant workplace.
  • Demonstrates reliability, motivation, and accountability in completing assigned responsibilities.
  • Takes initiative to identify and resolve operational needs, improving warehouse efficiency and organization.
  • Collaborates positively with team members while supporting overall facility and warehouse objectives.

Requirements:

  • Receive, inspect, unload, store, and distribute materials, equipment, tools, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and logs.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment; conduct inventory counts and ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support facility and project teams by preparing, moving, loading, and unloading materials and equipment as needed to meet operational demands.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to manage records, reports, and inventory tracking.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills while working independently and collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • Take initiative to identify process improvements, complete tasks proactively, obtain required certifications and training (including forklift certification), and perform additional duties as assigned.
     

Physical Effort/Activities:
May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, able to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50-75 pounds.
