Warehouse Associate

An Electrical Supply Distributor is looking for a Warehouse Associate in Boise, ID! The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment where every day is different. Responsibilities will include working in warehouse, moving merchandise, receiving & unloading trucks, picking orders, cleanup of work area, as well as shipping by UPS & LTL daily. Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and deliveries
• Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and inventory system experience is a plus
• Forklift certification is a plus but not required
