Location: Bernville, PA

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Requirements:

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment with varying noise levels
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics is preferred but not required

Job Duties:

• Pick and pack orders accurately, including repack operations
• Prepare shipments (small parcel and LTL), build pallets, and load trucks
• Receive incoming shipments, unload using a pallet jack, and stock inventory
• Perform replenishment, cycle counting, and component sorting
• Maintain organized inventory and clean work areas
• Follow safety procedures and meet productivity standards
