Warehouse Associate – Short-Term Project
Location: Ashland, VA
Pay Rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Project Length: Approximately 6–8 weeks

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team for a short-term project expected to last approximately 6–8 weeks. The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfillment, picking, packing, shipping, inventory organization, loading and unloading, and general warehouse duties.
This is a hands-on warehouse associate position for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will be able to follow directions, work independently and with a team, and maintain accuracy while completing daily warehouse assignments.

Qualifications
Forklift & Material Handling
Previous forklift experience is a plus. The Warehouse Associate may operate standard warehouse material handling equipment to move, stage, load, unload, and organize products and materials.
Candidates must be willing and able to follow all safety procedures when operating forklifts, warehouse equipment, power tools, and other material handling equipment.
Physical Requirements
The Warehouse Associate must be comfortable performing physical warehouse work throughout the scheduled shift.

Warehouse experience and forklift experience are preferred, but candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
