As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations involving receiving, inventory movement, order fulfillment, packaging, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment, as assigned
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products, materials, and pallets throughout the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive incoming shipments and inspect items for condition, quantity, and quality
- Prepare products for storage, shipment, or production using pallets, packaging materials, and wrapping equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred
- Forklift experience or certification preferred; training may be provided based on company needs
- Ability to read and understand packaging, shipping documents, work instructions, and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a busy warehouse environment
- Positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a dependable attendance record
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday
- Ability to work safely around warehouse equipment, pallets, packaged goods, and moving materials
