Warehouse Associate

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately handling, moving, packaging, and assembling products to support order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and trailer loading/unloading operations.

Core Duties

• Packaging, Kitting, and Assembly 

  • Package, kit, and assemble products and customer orders according to specifications.

• Shipping, Receiving, and Dock Operations

  • Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.
  • Accurately scan all inventory transactions.
  • Perform picking and packing activities.
  • Inspect products and containers for damage.
  • Assist with training dock employees on procedures.
  • Resolve scanning and inventory issues.
  • Ensure facility security and housekeeping standards are maintained.

• Warehouse Operations & Inventory Transactions

  • Execute warehouse tasks in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete all required system transactions associated with material handling activities.

• Material Movement 

  • Move materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining accurate physical and system inventory records.

• Team Participation & Continuous Improvement 

  • Participate in team meetings, workgroups, and process improvement initiatives.

• Housekeeping & Safety 

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
