Job Title: Warehouse Associate and RF Picker
Pay: $16 per hour
Hours: Monday through Friday, shifts vary from 6am to 4:30pm

As a Warehouse Associate and RF Picker, you'll support critical warehouse functions, ensuring inventory accuracy, seamless order fulfillment, and timely shipping. You'll work alongside a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment and have opportunities to develop your skills in warehouse operations and logistics.

What You’ll Do:
As a Warehouse Associate and RF Picker, you will be responsible for:
  • Assisting with inventory preparations and order fulfillment processes, ensuring items are ready for shipment.
  • Accurately pulling, packing, and labeling orders for delivery.
  • Using RF scanners to track inventory precisely and update stock records.
  • Recognizing different sizes and types of nuts and bolts, including decimals and fractions (such as 1/8, 1/4, 3/4 inches).
  • Operating forklifts safely, if certified, to move stock within the warehouse.
  • Safely climbing ladders to access high storage areas when needed.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

What You’ll Bring: The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode scanning technology.
  • High attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory precision.
  • Experience with RF scanners or similar inventory management tools.
  • Basic math skills, including working with decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and assist with team lifts up to 150 lbs.
  • Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Physical stamina and willingness to work in a busy warehouse environment, including climbing ladders and maneuvering stock.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
