Position Overview:

What you'll do:

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments while verifying product accuracy and quality
• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
• Organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse and yard locations
• Assist customers and delivery drivers with product loading and order pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard environment
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control processes as needed
• Follow all OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and SiteOne operating standards
• Collaborate with branch and warehouse team members to meet customer needs and daily operational goals
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Perform other warehouse, yard, and branch support duties as assigned
• Maintain delivery truck in a clean and organized manner
• A good team player

Skills We Are Seeking::

What we are seeking:

• General warehouse experience (preferred, not required)
• Must be willing to complete forklift training within the first 30 days of employment
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet (standing/walking) for up to 90% of the shift
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented and customer service skills
• Valid NM driver’s license
• Able to pass background and drug screen
• Punctual, honest and friendly.
• Good team player
