Warehouse Associate -2nd shift

Under general supervision, the Material Handler performs manual and clerical duties related to the shipment and receipt of materials, supplies, equipment, and finished products, including: Receiving goods and verifying shipments against documentation. Gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods.

Shift: 2nd Shift — Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (or until work is completed)
Overtime: Potential for overtime; occasional Saturdays may be required at the end of the quarter
Employment Type: Contract with potential to convert

Equipment Experience

• Stand-up Crown forklift experience required

  • Minimum: 1 year

  • Preferred: 2+ years

• Forklift certification preferred

Requirements

• Steel-toe, puncture-resistant boots required prior to start date

  • Please confirm puncture-resistant footwear before submitting candidates

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum of 1 year of related shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience

• Inspecting incoming materials for condition and accuracy

• Gathering, verifying, and packing items for shipment according to specifications and transportation methods

• Recording received and shipped items in accordance with established procedures

• Routing materials, supplies, and equipment to inspection or designated stock areas

• Completing required written and computerized documentation
