Warehouse Associate
Location: Winston-Salem / Kernersville Area
Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associates for opportunities in the Winston-Salem/Kernersville area. This position is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating material-handling equipment, and supporting daily shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely and efficiently
- Stock, pull, and stage orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare customer orders for shipment, including packaging and labeling as needed
- Maintain shipping and receiving equipment and report any issues
- Submit order information, including weights and dimensions
- Operate forklift and pallet jack equipment as required
- Assist in the packaging area when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support inventory control and warehouse organization
- Complete other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Forklift experience required
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
- Ability to use basic hand tools and follow warehouse procedures
- Strong time management, communication, and teamwork skills
- Comfortable standing and walking on concrete throughout an 8-hour shift
- Ability to reach, bend, lift, handle, walk, and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50–70 lbs.
