If you enjoy staying active, working in a team environment, and taking pride in accurate, quality work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Warehouse Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting production by ensuring raw materials and finished goods are received, stored, documented, and shipped accurately while maintaining compliance with cGMP regulations.ResponsibilitiesReceive incoming raw materials and verify shipments against purchase orders and shipping documentsInspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and proper labelingApply internal Codis control numbers to incoming materialsMaintain quarantine and released inventory status according to Quality proceduresAccurately document inventory transactions and material movementsPull and stage raw materials for production according to manufacturing schedulesStore raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods in designated warehouse locationsPrepare finished products for shipment, including packaging, labeling, documentation, and loadingCoordinate outbound shipments with carriers and customer requirementsAssist with export shipments and sample orders as neededSafely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipmentPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliationMaintain a clean, organized, inspection-ready warehouseFollow all safety procedures, SOPs, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)Work closely with Production, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service teamsTrain and support new team members when neededPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or GEDStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling throughout the shiftPreferredPrevious warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or forklift experienceExperience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food manufacturing, or another regulated manufacturing environmentBasic computer and inventory management system experienceAbility to read shipping documents, bills of lading, and inventory recordsWhy Join Codis?We believe our employees are our greatest asset.
