Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Lebanon, OH
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring reliable Warehouse Associates to join a busy warehouse team in Lebanon, OH. This is a physically demanding position in a hot warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift, and able to perform repetitive tasks.

This position is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent 1st shift Monday–Friday schedule, with the potential for overtime and pay increases after being hired on permanently.

Responsibilities

• Stack cardboard and other warehouse materials throughout the shift
• Break off and remove excess pieces of cardboard
• Perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production and warehouse goals
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred
• Must be comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic are required
• Must be able to follow directions and safety procedures
• Must be willing to work occasional Saturday overtime

• Ability to perform repetitive stacking and material-handling tasks
• Ability to bend, reach, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Must be comfortable working in a warm/hot warehouse environment
• Ability to safely handle cardboard and warehouse materials
