Warehouse Associate (1st Shfit)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Dress Code: Pants with belt loops, t-shirt or polo, and steel-toe shoes

About the Role:

This fast-paced, temp-to-hire position centers on operating a reach truck to drive daily inventory flow. You will act as an order picker and replenishment specialist, ensuring stock levels are maintained accurately.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operate a reach truck to transport and move materials safely across the warehouse.
• Replenish and restock inventory locations to support daily operational needs.
• Perform order picking duties accurately to fulfill fulfillment goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Follow all facility guidelines and productivity standards consistently.

This is a temporary/contract position with no benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, or paid time off during the contract period, but these may become available upon conversion to a permanent role.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven experience operating a reach truck and working as an order picker.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, carry, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
