We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately transferring, packaging, kitting, and assembling products, along with supporting inventory control and shipping/receiving operations. This position involves heavy lifting and the handling and movement of furniture for shipment, and requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Package, kit, and/or assemble products and materials to meet customer order requirements
- Perform picking and packing duties accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and secure furniture and large items for shipment
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers, including heavy and bulky items such as furniture
- Safely move, stage, and position products within the warehouse
- Ensure all scanning and system transactions are completed correctly
- Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies
- Help maintain facility security at the end of each shift
- Investigate and resolve scanning issues as needed
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with company policies.
- Execute physical material moves, including lifting, carrying, and transporting furniture and oversized merchandise
