    • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including sorting, loading, unloading, and inventory handling, while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
    • Support the implementation and enforcement of quality assurance procedures to maintain operational accuracy and efficiency.
    • Monitor daily operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
    • Supervise warehouse activities to ensure smooth workflows, consistent productivity, and timely completion of tasks.
    • Assist in conducting daily operational meetings, tracking KPIs, and reviewing team performance.
    • Support employee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and daily workforce management.
    • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to warehouse staff to improve productivity, safety, and service quality.
    • Assist in coordinating regional fleet operations, task assignments, resource allocation, and cost control.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize warehouse processes, package handling procedures, and overall operational efficiency.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, delivery partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless daily operations.
    • Handle daily operational issues, resolve escalations, and support emergency response procedures.
    • Support the Warehouse Manager in achieving operational targets and maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.


    Requirements
    • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in sorting warehouse operations, preferably in the logistics, express delivery, or last-mile delivery industry.
    • Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Previous experience in warehouse team supervision, shift coordination, or operational management is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of warehouse sorting processes, package handling, loading and unloading procedures, and daily operational workflows.
    • Ability to monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond promptly to unexpected operational challenges.
