We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our coffee factory. This role assists with receiving, storing, moving, and preparing coffee products and materials, helping ensure smooth production and on-time order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced food production environment.
Assist with receiving shipments of green coffee, roasted coffee, packaging materials, and supplies.
Move and stage materials for roasting, grinding, and packaging operations.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
Help maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and organized storage areas.
Perform basic inventory counts and report discrepancies or damages.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
Safely operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment (forklift training provided if needed).
Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
Support other production and warehouse tasks as needed.
Previous warehouse, production, or material-handling experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Basic math and communication skills.
Experience in food, beverage, or coffee production environments.
Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse software.
Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus).
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.
