Service Now Heating & Air Conditioning in Wooster, OH is looking for a full-time Warehouse and Purchase Specialist. You will help make sure the team has what they need, when they need it. Our main goal is to make sure important systems in homes work well and last a long time. We use quality equipment and do the job right, offering easy scheduling, quick service, and fair prices for new installs, upgrades, repairs, and regular maintenance.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

You will work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. Each day, you will leave from home and go straight to your job site. You do not need to stop by the office first. Sometimes, you will pick up equipment or parts at the start or end of the day and return them to Wooster.

As a Warehouse and Purchase Specialist, you will pick up parts and equipment and deliver them where they are needed, or bring them back to the warehouse. You will make sure the technicians' and installers' trucks have the parts they need. You will talk with supply houses to keep the warehouse stocked. When there are warranty parts or labor credits to process, you will take care of them quickly. When dispatch or incomplete calls need parts ordered, you will order them the right way.

OUR IDEAL WAREHOUSE AND PURCHASE SPECIALIST HAS...

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills for coordinating
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and great time management

Preferred:

• Ability to safely move 25 - 50 lbs consistently
• Experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, or inventory management
• Familiarity with HVAC parts and supply houses
• Comfortable using inventory systems, dispatch software, or basic computer programs
• Strong attention to detail when tracking parts, warranties, and purchase orders
