Warehouse & Production Laborer Needed — Urgently hiring in Medford!

Job Title: Warehouse and Production Laborer
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7 am–330 pm
Start Date: ASAP

As a Warehouse and Production Laborer, you'll support day-to-day warehouse and production operations. You'll work closely with supervisors and the production team to deliver results that keep materials flowing and equipment running safely.


What You'll Do
As a Warehouse and Production Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Operate equipment including forklift, band saw, panel saw, cranes, and extruder
  • Label and sort incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Perform routine pre- and post-inspections to help ensure forklift and equipment are in suitable working condition
  • Organize and secure product for safe handling and transport
  • Complete general clean-up tasks to keep the work area safe and production-ready
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment
  • Problem solve
  • Adhere to Safety Procedures


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Ability to operate a Fork-lift, pallet jack, bandsaw, and panel saw.
  • Equipment maintenance experience
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Ability to maneuver up to 50 lbs (lifting, bending, pushing, or pulling
  • Basic math skills for measuring and recording production data.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-speed environment while following instructions
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment, ability to develop and implement complex procedures from general instructions and to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure
  • Steel toed shoes or shoes that meet ASTM F2413-1

Location & Schedule:
