We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures safe, efficient workflows while maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff
Manage time, attendance, and workload distribution
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and inventory activities
Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Ensure safety compliance and proper equipment maintenance
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
Requirements
High School Diploma required
Previous warehouse/logistics experience
Valid driver’s license
Forklift operation experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Computer proficiency (Oracle experience a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
