Must have previous warehouse and logistics management experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience overseeing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping and receiving, order processing, and logistics.
Experience supervising and managing approximately 10 warehouse employees.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to troubleshoot operational issues, establish workflows, and meet productivity and customer service goals.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to provide effective written and verbal feedback.
Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) and commercial transportation regulations, particularly for interstate operations.
Understanding of interstate shipping requirements, as the company operates across Mississippi and Alabama and maintains a USDOT number.
Ability to coordinate and oversee the operation of Freightliner trucks.
Experience processing tickets and customer invoices.
Familiarity with HVAC supplies and equipment is relevant to the company's warehouse operations.
Shifts:
Standard schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
Must be flexible with working hours based on operational demands.
Operations may begin as early as 3:00 AM and may run until approximately 4:30 PM, depending on business needs.
