WAREHOUSE and FACILITY MANAGER Compensation: $26.71/ hour ($55,564.14 annually) - $32.85/ hour ($68,336.55 annually).(starting wage for position will be $26.71 per hour)FLSA Status: Non-Exempt DEFINITION:Under general direction, plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and manages the staff and operations related to the warehouse, fleet, and facilities functions; coordinates facility management; coordinates procurement of goods and services; manages the effective use of resources to improve organizational productivity and customer service; and performs related duties, as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be: Licenses and Certifications: Possession of, or the ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid New Mexico driver's license upon appointment. Must have and maintain an Albuquerque Housing Authority insurable driving record. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:Required:Ability to read and write English in order to understand and interpret written procedures and technical manuals. This includes the ability to give and receive instructions in written and verbal forms and to effectively present information and respond to questions from vendors, contractors, supervisors, co- workers, residents, and city/county agencies. Preferred:Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Driving and reliable transportation are requirements of this position.
