Warehouse Agent - Northlink

Description

I. Job Summary:

The Warehouse Agent is responsible for receiving, stocking, inventory management, pulling and shipping customer owned material, including performing all systematic transactions for assigned duties in the appropriate system based on the customer.

II. Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, ship, select, inventory and store supplies, merchandise, and equipment in the warehouse.
• Load and unload item to a more specialist function, such as storing and shipping serialized electronics.
• Understand the SLA of the accounts assigned.
• Operate equipment, such as forklifts, pallet drivers and hand carts.
• Cycle count duties and inventory control.
• LTL shipping and TMS understanding of BOL's.

III. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of storage/handling techniques and safety regulations
• Knowledge of warehouse management system

IV. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Forklift certification preferred
• 3+ years of related experience preferred
