**Job Summary:**
The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing high headcount operations, managing associates' schedules, and maintaining office operations efficiently. This position requires someone with experience in warehouse management and the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment effectively.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in managing large teams (100+ associates) in a warehouse setting
- Proficiency in scheduling and coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work 1st shift, 5 days a week, with flexibility for overtime as needed (7 day a week operation, schedules may vary)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations, including scheduling and assigning tasks to associates
- Ensure optimal use of warehouse space and resources to meet operational goals
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities
- Address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Uphold safety standards and compliance regulations in the warehouse environment
**Salary:**
$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
