About the Role


Mission Tile West is seeking a dependable, organized, and team-oriented individual to join us as a Warehouse & Administrative Operations Associate. This hybrid position combines hands-on warehouse work with administrative, customer service, and showroom support.


You’ll help receive and prepare orders, assist customers, answer phones, greet clients, support the sales team, and maintain an organized warehouse and welcoming showroom.


Prior warehouse or administrative experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. What matters most is a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to help wherever needed.


Key Responsibilities

• Receive and check in incoming orders
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or shipment
• Safely operate a forklift and load customer vehicles
• Assist with pickups and deliveries as needed
• Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
• Greet clients and assist with customer pickups
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and showroom
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Work with teammates to keep daily operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
• Friendly and professional with customers
• Comfortable balancing physical and administrative responsibilities
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable using basic computer programs
• Able to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Forklift experience is a plus; certification can be provided
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
