Warehouse Associate
Elkhart, IN | $16.50/hr, increasing to $17.25/hr after 90 days
Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn, grow, and keep things moving? We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to organize and manage inventory in a safe, team-focused environment.
What you’ll do:
- Organize and manage inventory using scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment
- Verify components and record work order information
- Follow standard work procedures and safety guidelines
- Take part in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
- Cross-train and help other departments as needed
What we’re looking for:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Safety-minded, with good attention to detail
- Team player who’s open to cross-training
Physical requirements:
- Repeatedly lift and carry 30–50 lbs., with occasional overhead lifting
- Stand and walk on concrete floors for 8–12 hour shifts
- Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, reaching, and occasional ladder or stair climbing
- Work in varying temperatures, from cold storage to warm warehouse spaces
