WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
 
Position Type: Temp to Hire
Position Hours: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $28.00/hour
Location: Hebron, OH
 
The qualified candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Forklift Operators, Sequencers and Transportation Drivers. Candidate must possess solid communication and leadership skills and be a goal-oriented individual.  
 
Essential Job Functions 
  • Oversee all departmental activities and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable laws. 
  • Resolve employee issues, ensure positive employee relations, and promote and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently. 
  • Responsible for area performance measures and individual employee work performance; provide coaching and direction to employees; and work with the operations manager to identify, develop and implement training needs for employees. 
  • Responsible for communication at all levels. 
  • Follow all company quality management system and safety program requirements. 
 
Required skills, knowledge and abilities 
  • 3 to 5 years supervisory experience. 
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills essential. 
  • Familiarity with proven quality management programs (i.e. ISO 9001; IAFT 16949 Standards). 
  • Familiarity with proven safety programs (i.e. OHSA Regulations).  
  • Basic Computer / IT skills (databases, MS Office etc.). 
  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Ability to foster and develop relationships with internal customers and team members.  
  • Able to demonstrate proven creative lead generation methods.??? ? 
  • Possess strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
