We are looking for a dedicated clinician to join our team as a 0.75 FTE, providing vital acute and episodic care coverage at our Berlin, WI location. Position Highlights:

- Patient Demographics: Must be comfortable and competent seeing patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults.
- Hours & Rotation Details:
- Standard Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Weekend & Holiday Hours: 8:00am - 2:00pm
- Rotation Detail: Shared weekend and holiday rotations to cover the Berlin Walk-In Clinic (WIC), split across a combined group of 12 Family Medicine and WIC APCs.
