The Waiver Specialist works closely with the REACH team to ensure all aspects of Waiver Services are coordinated and quality services are provided. Completes Individualized Services Plans to assist individuals served live and participate optimally in the community. Starting Salary: $37,072-Depending on Experience
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least an Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Will consider a High School Diploma with three years' experience
- Virginia Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) status is preferred.
