About Trails Pizza

Trails Pizza is a family-owned pizza restaurant at 700 Railroad Street in New Glarus, run by brothers Jon and Phil Cruse. We make our dough and sauces from scratch and serve beer and wine. We’re open Tuesday through Sunday, 11 am to 9 pm, and closed Mondays.

What you’ll do

• Take care of your section from the greeting to the check
• Know the menu well enough to make real recommendations
• Serve beer and wine and check IDs
• Enter orders in our POS and run food
• Pre-bus, reset tables and do your side work

What we’re looking for

• 18 or older
• Available evenings and weekends
• Serving experience is a plus
• A Wisconsin operator’s (bartender) license is a plus
• Weekends are busy and the dining room moves fast.
