What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests, providing warm, attentive service throughout their dining experience
• Present menus, answer questions about our dishes and sushi offerings, and make recommendations
• Take orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality presentation
• Maintain knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods
• Attend to guest needs with professionalism and genuine hospitality
• Support team members during busy service periods
• Maintain a clean, organized dining area

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a server or in fine dining service (preferred)
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
