Main Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and escort guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products when appropriate
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Check IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
• Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of tables and tableware
• Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is required
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work quickly under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and weekdays
• High school diploma or equivalent
