ELS is hiring for the position of Wait Staff in Okeechobee, Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Use suggestive selling to increase sales and enhance the guest experience
• Enter orders correctly into the POS system
• Prepare and deliver drinks promptly
• Handle payments and provide accurate change
• Maintain full accountability for cash and transaction accuracy
• Deliver friendly, courteous, and enthusiastic customer service

Required Experience & Skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Physical ability to Llift up to 50 pounds
• Remain mobile and work at a fast pace for shifts up to 8 hours
• Must be 18 years of age or older
