    Job Overview:

    TRC Talent Solutions is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Wafer Production Operators to join a leading semiconductor manufacturing facility in White, GA. In this role, you will operate and monitor wafer production equipment, perform quality inspections, maintain production documentation, and support daily manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, quality-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operate and monitor wafer production equipment to ensure efficient production and product quality.

    • Perform quality inspections and visual checks on wafers throughout the manufacturing process.

    • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and production guidelines.

    • Identify and report equipment issues, process abnormalities, and quality concerns.

    • Troubleshoot basic production issues and work with maintenance and engineering teams when needed.

    • Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.

    • Support equipment setup, operation, and production changeovers.

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and contamination-free work environment.

    • Follow all safety policies, cleanroom procedures, and PPE requirements.

    • Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet daily production goals.

    • Assist with wafer handling, material movement, and inventory activities as needed.

    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required.

    • 1-10 years of experience in manufacturing, production, semiconductor, cleanroom, machine operation, or industrial environments preferred.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

    • Basic computer skills for data entry and production tracking.

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

    • Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.

    • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds as needed.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or assigned shifts as required.
