The Mounting Operator must be competent and comprehend complex operations and should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.
The Mounting Operator ensures all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how products organize their workflows which is integral in a fast-paced production environment.
The goal is to ensure that production processes profitably deliver products of maximum quality
RESPONSIBILITIES
Shift work is required.
Material input and material replacement management for continual machine operation.
Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by using hose, air guns, IPA, rags, vacuum, and other small tools.
Address machine alarms promptly.
Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment to Shift Lead or Shift Supervisor.
Monitor defects and address defect spikes on time.
Replace, repair, or realign machine parts and accessories in line with production specifications.
Application of adhesives, lubricants, or other materials to machines or their parts as well as other equipment following standard procedures.
Mounting Operator will be responsible for the operation of mounting & De-mounting process
Raw material input zone
Check the logistics flow raw materials(Brick,Beam,Plate,Glue etc.) in and out
Conduct visual inspection of bricks
Request material movement in case of raw material shortage
Check the progress of RFID TAGs on material inputs and outputs
Gluing zone
Confirmation of gluing recipe and visual inspection of contact status
Take action in case of Alam and report the phenomenon
Dispenser cleaning and maintenance
Curing zone
Check the room temperature and humidity
Check the stocker stock quantity Stocker
De-mounting zone
Check the plate cleaning status and stock quantity
Check whether the exhuast line is runing or not
Handle logistics return work for used beam Used beam
Check the Room codition
Check the room temperature and humidity
Works with internal resources to resolve problems.
Ensures adherence to department policies, procedures, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety requirements.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of Q Cells.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
