What You'll Do:
As an Equipment Technician, you will:
- Handle equipment maintenance tasks, including installation and periodic inspections.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and calibrate machinery for peak performance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and oversee machine-related improvements.
- Utilize precision tools to inspect parts and ensure quality standards.
- Document activity logs and maintain compliance with safety standards.
- Provide training and technical support to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance and testing of equipment.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during shifts.
- Monitor output for machine-related errors or flaws.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety and company standards.
- Train new employees on the proper use of machinery and protocols.
- Support process troubleshooting and contribute to team evaluations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dependable professional with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Proven experience (0–3 years) in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Physical stamina and strength, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with high-speed machinery and precision tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Knowledge of PLCs, robotics, and blueprint reading.
- Relevant mechanical or electrical certifications are a plus.
