- 7am - 5pm (50 hours/week) - $343,750
- Alternating 7am - 7pm and 7am - 3pm - $295,000

Staffing Grid: Anesthesia team includes 25 CRNAs and 9 MDs across hospital and outpatient setting. Daily staffing:
- Main hospital: 3 MDs and 8 CRNAs
- Outpatient centers: 1 MD and 4 CRNAs
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated CRNA to join its non-call team. This rare no-call role offers excellent work-life balance, flexible scheduling options, and competitive W2 compensation within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Texas.
(Currently, or willing to obtain)
Minimum of 1-3 years of
experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various anesthesia cases.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia
management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact
with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver
optimal patient care.
BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
