Position Information

• $525,000 Base Salary (W-2)
• Additoinal $36,500 Annual Call Stipend
• 10 weeks Paid Time-Off
• $60k Sign-on Bonus
• 1:5 First Call
• Post-Call Day off
• Paid malpractice

Facility Information

• Level III Trauma Center community hospital w/ surgery center
• Supervision: 6 Physicians, 8 CRNAs
• Case mix:
• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Vascular
• Neuro
• OB/Gyn
• Plastics
• ENT
• Urology
• Podiatry
• GI/Endo

Must have (or be in process of getting) your Board Certification, New Hampshire license, ACLS Card, and PALS Card.
