VTEX Developer

Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design across VTEX, front-end applications, APIs, integrations, middleware, SAP, security, and third-party platforms, translating complex global and local business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The Lead Architect will provide end-to-end technical leadership for the VTEX global rollout, ensuring the solution is scalable, secure, and aligned with Whirlpool’s global platform architecture while supporting country-specific business requirements.

• Own the end-to-end solution architecture and technical design across VTEX, front-end applications, APIs, integrations, middleware, SAP, security, and third-party platforms, translating complex global and local business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Lead technical delivery across global and country rollout teams, providing architecture guidance to developers, Tech Leads, SMEs, and integration teams while establishing development standards, reusable design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Drive technical decision-making and solution evaluation, identifying gaps between existing Global Platform capabilities and country requirements, evaluating technical options, and prioritizing reuse of existing capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization and technical debt.
• Ensure technical readiness and successful country deployments, proactively managing architecture risks, integration dependencies, performance, security, resiliency, and technical escalations throughout design, development, testing, cutover, and go-live.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on architecture and development experience with VTEX / enterprise eCommerce platforms
