Under limited supervision, processes incoming PO's ensuring allowability and compliance with school guidelines. Ensure new items that are added to shopify are compliant and fall within school policies. Performs a wide variety of duties in support of the Vendor Relations department. Purchase Order Processing and related duties as assigned. The role requires a high level of communication and customer service skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience: Prefer at least two (2) years office/purchasing experience, proficient in Google suite/email and exceptional organizational skills/established team player.
