Brighter Days Academy is seeking a caring, dependable lead preschool and VPK teacher to join our team full time. This position involves working with children ages 1–7 and supporting their learning, development, and daily care.


Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom.
• Support positive behavior and children’s social and emotional development.
• Assist with daily routines, including meals, toileting, and rest time as needed.
• Communicate professionally with parents and coworkers.
• Follow center policies and applicable child care requirements.


Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience working with young children.

• Valid VPK Certification

• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential preferred.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and teamwork skills.
• Patience, creativity, and a dependable work ethic.
