    In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the architect of our data-driven future. You will go beyond executing analytics to shaping the roadmap for sales enablement, marketing, and product evolution

    What You'll Do

    Act as an expert at presenting complex data narratives to clients, identifying white-space opportunity and solving critical business pain points

    Proficient at developing executive-ready presentations and data dashboards that translate technical insights into compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders

    Develop innovative analytical solutions that drive actionable insights to enrich a variety of revenue driving functions such as sales enablement, customer lifetime value, and market penetration

    Proven ability to package internal data assets into products and services that are value added to clients

    Proactively influences business decision on product development by synthesizing industry trends, customer behaviors and internal analytics

    Architects and oversees robust, scalable data pipelines and reporting frameworks to support the full suite of Equifax income and employment verification products

    Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring mid-level analysts and engineers, setting the bar for technical rigor and "curiosity-driven" innovation 

    Qualifications

    10+ years of experience of managing teams of analytical consultants, data analysts, data engineers and data scientists

    Deep knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, etc.

    A Master's or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a highly quantitative field is preferred

    Data analytics experience in Financial Services industry is preferred

    Work experience with regulated data is preferred
