VP, Total Rewards, Baptist Health
Drive the Total Rewards planning and budgeting process in partnership with HR functional leaders to deliver high-quality compensation, benefits, and employee health services tailored to the needs of Baptist Health. Lead process improvements and operational efficiencies across the Total Rewards function while providing guidance and support to HR and leadership on Total Rewards matters.
Ensure regulatory compliance and develop and execute Total Rewards communication plans in partnership with Corporate Communications to support strategies, processes, and programs. Maintain a strong understanding of how Total Rewards supports the overall organizational strategy and adapt programs and priorities as organizational needs evolve. Accountable for the timely and effective execution of all Total Rewards programs.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the strategic direction, planning, budgeting, and execution of Total Rewards programs across Baptist Health.
Provide oversight for compensation, benefits, and employee health services.
Partner with HR and executive leadership to ensure Total Rewards strategies align with organizational and workforce priorities.
Drive continuous process improvement, operational efficiency, and standardization across Total Rewards programs.
Provide expert guidance to HR and leadership on compensation, benefits, and other Total Rewards matters.
Ensure all Total Rewards programs and practices remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute Total Rewards communication strategies in partnership with Corporate Communications.
Monitor market, regulatory, and organizational trends and adapt Total Rewards strategies and programs as needed.
Ensure timely and effective execution of all Total Rewards programs, annual cycles, and strategic initiatives.
Lead and develop high-performing Total Rewards teams while promoting collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
Experience Requirements:
More than 15 years of Human Resources experience required.
More than 15 years of compensation experience required.
More than 15 years of benefits experience required.
Healthcare experience within an integrated health system required.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategies and programs.
Strong executive leadership, strategic planning, financial, analytical, and communication skills required.
Education & Certification Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) preferred.
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) preferred.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
