VP, Tax

Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to support business objectives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate tax filings and returns. Manage relationships with external tax advisors and regulatory authorities. Provide guidance on tax implications for business decisions and transactions. Monitor changes in tax laws and advise on necessary adjustments. Lead internal audits and risk assessments related to tax matters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize tax planning opportunities.

A successful VP, Tax should have: Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. Strong leadership and team management skills.
