Partner with executives to develop and implement a strategic HR program across national, international, and regional offices.
Translate organizational goals into human capital strategies aligned with leadership priorities.
Lead structural planning initiatives to ensure optimal organizational design for mission delivery.
Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and long-term talent strategy.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on people-related matters and drive data-informed decisions via HR analytics.

Oversee benefits evaluation and administration for competitive, cost-effective offerings.
Review benefit programs periodically to align with employee needs and organizational budget across all locations.
Build learning and development programs supporting growth and organizational capability.
Develop career progression tracks providing clear pathways for advancement.
Partner with leadership to address skill gaps and foster continuous learning.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
Lead and develop a high-performing HR team committed to service excellence.
Manage and evolve the HR management system (HRIS) to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
12-15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior role
Success leading people strategy across a geographically distributed organization.
Deep expertise across core HR disciplines: talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations, benefits, and operations.
Proven ability to build trust and influence without authority.
Strong business acumen partnering with executive and board-level leadership.
Experience with HR systems, HRIS management, and process standardization.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
